How We Collect and Use Information
When you choose to log in cookies are used to collect information while on the Encore Audio Archives site to make search and listening more convenient. The cookies may be used when you relogin at a later date. We do not track other sites you may visit. We do however pass tokens between Encore Audio Archives and Payment sites to complete purchases and subscriptions. Paypal will continue to notify us of your subscription payment status periodically. We do not store your payment information our Encore Audio Archives.
Information you provide us directly:
We ask for certain information such as your username and e-mail address when you register for a MSB Recording or Encore Audio Archives account, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the comment forms. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the sites. Your username and if you choose to disclose it, your real name, will never be published publicly.
Information we may receive from third parties:
At this time we do not collect any information from third parties.
We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
Log file information:

Opting out of collection of your information for Tracking / Advertising:
Please refer to your mobile device or browser’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. Depending on your type of device, it may not be possible to delete or disable tracking mechanisms on your mobile device. Note that disabling cookies and/or other tracking tools prevents MSB Recording and Encore Audio Archives or its business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Service, and for use in processing initial payment processing. How long we keep your private profile information:
Following termination of your User account, MSB Recording and Encore Audio Archives may retain your private profile information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
MSB Recording and Encore Audio Archives does not knowingly collect or solicit any information based on age for any Users. The Service and its content are not directed at any age group and all content is deemed appropriate for all ages. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
